Hi BP! I'm a new member from Raleigh, NC and looking forward to meeting more of you and learning as much as possible from this community. I have a goal of purchasing my first 2 properties in 2020 (hoping to use these as investments to pay for my sons to go to college in 13 years). Quick question for the pros - if you were just starting out like myself AND had someone willing to let you borrow money from them for a downpayment to get started, what would be your first move? BRRRR? Fix and flip? Would love to hear your thoughts!
