Property management rates around Minneapolis for Duplex, 4-plex
Can anyone weigh in on how to find a responsible, affordable property manager for my first property? It's not a large MF, and so I have some concerns. And what rates are people paying? Thanks.

Most property management companies charge a hefty leasing fee every time a lease is signed. I believe those incentives aren’t aligned with the best interest of the property owner or tenants.
