How to find investors

Everything I have read said to find the property first and the money will come. However, I assume I have to have investors lined and relationships established.

Where is a couple places to find quality investors?

What should I ask them?

What information should I readily have available to sell them on the property?

A follow up topic is finding the funds for a down payment.

Is it better to find individuals or work something out with a company to get the remainder of a down payment needed?

Have you contacted any local Title Companies? They normally have a strong list of Investors.

Also local RE Agents.

You can look on Zillow, go to recently sold, and look up properties in the past 6 months that sold cash.

Have you posted an ad on Craigslist? Asking for local investors?
