Investing in Puerto Rico
Hello all,
My girlfriend and I were very interested in investing in real estate in Puerto Rico. I have family there and we love the island and was curious if anyone recently had made any purchases down there or have had there boots on the ground. We were looking into the western region like aguadilla as that’s where my family is but open to anywhere. Also we are aware that short term rental tends to dominate but does anyone have experience in long term rentals down there and fixing up properties (structurally/systems/cosmetic). If so, are most doing it from long distance or staying down there primarily.
