Hey @Aaron Howell, Thanks so much for the heads up. I am trying to get out there and meet more that are involved in REI and will note that meeting so I can attend when its back up.

Charlottesville is a very nice place and I am looking forward to when most of the bans are lifted to really appreciate the area.

Hi all, I just moved to Charlottesville, VA and looking into wholesaling specifically in either Richmond or Charlottesville if possible. Does anyone know of any meetups or events for people interested in wholesaling and wanting to learn from the more experienced. I have done a good amount of research on it but I don't know anyone who has ever done anything related to real estate investing. Any help would be greatly appreciated and would love to meet people in the REI community.

Any specifics on multi family rental properties would be very helpful as well.

My girlfriend and I were very interested in investing in real estate in Puerto Rico. I have family there and we love the island and was curious if anyone recently had made any purchases down there or have had there boots on the ground. We were looking into the western region like aguadilla as that’s where my family is but open to anywhere. Also we are aware that short term rental tends to dominate but does anyone have experience in long term rentals down there and fixing up properties (structurally/systems/cosmetic). If so, are most doing it from long distance or staying down there primarily.
