What is the best CRM to use ?

What's up guys. I need to find a good CRM to keep track of all my leads. I feel like I'm unorganized with keep track of everything and when to follow up. Anybody have any suggestions on what to use if you are just starting out ?

I would like something where I can import my skip trace data. Then manage leads and push appointments. Would be great if they can go to my google calendar. It’s a two man operation right now so we use the same login. So far I’m Working my way around podio. I think I’m more interested in keep tracking track of data such as how many calls/appts/offers = closed deal.

Start by figuring out what you need from your CRM. Do you need reminders to keep in touch with your leads? Something to manage your sales process? Will you need to provide access to a team member/employee?

I've used Contactually and Cloze. I've also tried many, many others. That would be my biggest recommendation for you. Try a bunch of free trials. You can get into the systems, and if you're anything like me you'll eliminate many of them within 10-15 minutes by determining that they do not fit your business model, you hate the interface, or something else like that.

Others to consider include Hubspot, Podio, and Zoho.
