Buying an investment property in Colorado

Looking to buy an STR in Colorado, I was looking into Estes park but it seems to be super saturated, I'm leaning towards more of a summer location not a ski town. Any suggestions on towns that are STR friendly and a food price. Thanks

Brandon, the big destinations are pretty saturated, but it depends on the numbers if you want to jump in those pools.  Estes, Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, Steamboat, Copper, Keystone, Beaver Creek are ALL going to be pretty crazy.

Some smaller areas you may not have considered:  Frisco/Dillon (right near several ski areas), Fairplay, Granby, Conifer, Bailey, Georgetown, Fraser, Glenwood Springs.

Good luck, let me know if you have any questions!
