Hello all my name is Taylor and I am currently getting out of the Marine Corps reserves in about 8 months I am also pursing a job in software engineering. I am from Los Angeles county more specific Long Beach, I have about 17k saved up and currently reading the biggerpockets rental properties book. My goal is rentals I really want to start with multi family homes and eventually move up to commercial real estate. I will also have the VA loan at my disposal after January 5th. I have looked into it and found out I can use something called a VA IRRR Loan that allows me to use my VA loan to invest in property. Now im looking for some advice and some information. I just really need some advice right now because im sitting on a decent amount of cash that I will continue to increase plus I have the VA loan I could tap into and use. Please chat any and all advice is welcome thank you and have a wonderful day!

@Taylor Morgan are you looking to house hack a multi family property? May be a good way to get started with your first investment with a low money down loan. If so and you managed as well it would give you a lot of different experience quickly about multi family and buy and hold. Wish you the best!
