Are new businesses still moving there? 

Whats the rent like?

What the tenants like? High turn over?

@Account Closed you can find some info on these subjects at ResoluteRentals website if you look at the blog and also I think under the Covid section on the home page (who's moving there, rents, etc). Amazon is moving into Ocala, and they also have FedEx, Chewy, and others. A lot of growth, especially in the SW section. Also the Ocala CEP has data on the new businesses, employment.
