Running a Real Estate business

Tracy Mason
Posted

I am 52 years old have a contracting business. I am determined to be a real estate investor but as David Greene said in podcast 372, I am not a good business man. I need that skill if I am to be successful, so I am asking for recommendations on good books to help me get that right. TI sincerely appreciate this site and the awesome resources it provides.        Tracy

The E-Myth, The One Thing, The Book on Rental Property Investing, The Book on Flipping, Good To Great, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Those are all great books. If you start buying them on Amazon then Amazon will keep recommending more great ones to you, almost can't go wrong at that point!
