Limited Partnerships - Exit of one partner

I just started an LP with my partner. Him and I will be investing in buy-and-hold single and small multifamily real estate through and LP with a General Partner. Does anyone have any advise on how to cover-off  'if one person wants to exit the partnership or "cash-out" of the partnership'?
