@Simmy Ahluwalia Thanks for the response. I've heard from many people that things are tight but are starting to bounce back. Ideally we would like to be at 80 LTV on the back end but are expecting to come in at 65-70LTV. I will send you an email and we can set up a call. I look forward to connecting.

Hi,
We are looking for Hard Money lenders, private lenders, and cash-out refi lenders who have experience working with foreign nationals. We have established our structure and are looking to have lending approvals in place before we start underwriting deals. We are Canadians with industry experience looking to invest in Cleveland OH single family and small multifamily BRRRR assets. Any references and referrals will be greatly appreciated.
With Gratitude,
Chris Vance

@Bryce DeCora Thanks for the reply. I'm looking at the HubSpot right now... primary because it's free. We are using the office 360 business environment and it appears that HubSpot plugs in which is great. The Dynamics 365 CRM is expensive.
Cheers,

My partner and I are looking for some suggestions on CRM's, specifically set up for real estate investing and everything that comes along with it. We are currently setting up a team out of country and want to manage all of these relationships. I am well versed in CRM and extensively use Saleforce in another business. What are you using? Advantages and disadvantages?
Thanks,
Chris Vance

We are investing in BRRRR single family up to 6 plex multifamily units in Cleveland, OH and are looking to fill out our team. Does anyone have a good referral for a property manager, insurance broker, and or a home inspector that may be interested in this type of asset class and opportunity

Thanks for the reply. We are in the process of laying this all out with an attorney. You mentioned setting up a Tip; what is this?

Since this is an LP we will not be able to sell an equity stake to outsiders from my understanding but we could have options to buy our the other partner. I've also gone through all of this in another business. Since we will be holding multiple assets in the LP, all with different values, I don't see any other way other than to get an appraisal done to determine a fair market value, do you?
