Section 8 vs Conventional Rental Arkansas
I am getting ready to purchase my first rental by choice. I just sold a rental that was turned into a rental by circumstance. I am curious what makes some landlords a great fit for section 8 when others don't like it. Is it a bad idea to try to use section 8 as my rental? Are all areas good for section 8 or are there areas where some are better than others... Any advice would be very much appreciated.
