Looking for recommendations on 203 K Loan providers in Texas!
I am wanting to know if anyone here has started there real estate journey using a 203k loan in Texas (San Antonio)? My wife and I are looking to buy our first home (house hacking to get our first investment property) and want to know from seasoned investors if it is a good gameplan to have? Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!!

@John L. Jass Hello John, welcome to the site! I moved here in November with that exact plan. Analyzed hundreds of properties here in San Antonio, and just closed a 203K loan on a triplex. I’ve got several 203k lenders and know how to find contractors. PM me 👍🏼
