I’m interested in hearing positive stories of how using a 203k loan or “house hacking” your first property positively impacted your real estate journey?

@Matthew Porcaro Thank you for your feedback regarding my questions! I have been wanting to get into real estate for a long time and honestly didn’t know about the 203k loan until I got educated on the real estate game using bigger pockets books/podcasts. I see a ton of potential in my town (and surrounding areas) and like you said for my first property the main thing is to feel comfortable. I appreciate your reply and if you would like to connect shoot me a DM!

@Collin Corrinton Yes, Castroville has grown tremendously over the past few years. My family has some major ties to the city. I see great potential in all these little towns, especially along I-35. Thank you for your feedback it is greatly appreciate!
