Just Got My New Books Today!

I just got my new books today. I was steered to the 20 books recommended by BP for new investors. I had already bought a couple that I found out later were on the list. Now, time to read. I started with Building Wealth One House At A time by John Schaub. After I finish that, I don't know which one to read next. I have a business besides investing in RE, so time is limited. I did buy one (don't recall if it is on the BP list) called The Unofficial Guide To Real Estate investing by Strauss and Stone. I think that one is the next read. Without a doubt "2 Years To A Million In Real Estate" by Martinez will be 2nd on my reading list. Very interesting! 2 years? Quit before I hit 60? I am ready! Thanks to BP for their recommended list.
