Working on my Team (Seeking a Coach/Mentor)
Good Evening! I am currently working on putting together my "team" or my "circle" per-se as I get into Real Estate investing. I'm seeking a Coach/Mentor to help me along the way. I have ambitious goals of purchasing a 4-Unit property by the end of 2020 and will need help along the way by somebody that has already accomplished that. Hopefully I can find one of you to learn from! I'm based out of the DC Metro Area, but am willing to have a virtual mentor. And my prime location of the property could be anywhere in the country where it's a good cash-flowing investment.
Thanks!

You don't really need to hire anyone before you make your first deal. You should be able to get all the info and advice you need for free, in here and from local investors. Paying a coach or mentor is ideal when you have an REI business going, you get it, and you want to take it to the next level. Don't spend money that you can put into that downpayment, just ask questions, seek help, and come up with your pitch of what you can offer a mentor in return for their free guidance. What skills do you have in RE or out that can assist them so their time spent is worth it.
