Fixer Upper Duplex Recently Purchased
I recently purchased a duplex in High Point, NC as my first investment. It needs a good amount of work done to it in order for the property to be habitable. I am 19 and obviously new to the real estate investing game and I am looking to see if anyone in the area or surrounding areas have any recommendations for contractors or suggestions as to how I can make the process as smooth and quick as possible. Any tips on how to save money or time are greatly appreciated as well.
