I am starting to invest and flip homes as a career and wanted to know if it wise to get my real estate license? Should i just concentrate on buying and leave the rest to an agent or should I get my license so I save on the commissions when I sell and have full access to the MLS?

Hey Maher Bateh - there is always a lot of discussion on this topic on BP and the general consensus seems to be - YES get the license, if you are going to use it. I regret not getting mine (I even took the class... i just never took the test!)
