Need A Hard Money Lender For First Time Investor

Hi All 

Hope you can guide me in the right direction . I am a first time investor and looking in doing by first flip but need to see if you can referral me to a Hard Money Lender that will work with me since this will be my first deal.

Im in the same boat from the HML ive talked to and emailed if its your first deal they want a higher credit score at least 680 and the terms are higher and the ARV loaned out is lower
