Investors in Dallas! Which areas are the best to purchase a rehab duplex, triplex or quad in Dallas? What is a ballpark figure of what should I expect to pay? Which methods/avenues are best to use to locate these properties?

You can find any area in Dallas that fits your criteria. How much you want to invest, what safe or challenging areas you want to rehab in, and how large of a project you want to rehab. If you're a New investor, you may want find a less stressful rehab project with a modest return on your investment. you can find duplexes in North Dallas for high profits after ARV. East Dallas, because of newly construction rehabbing (rezoning) can be found. But, mostly Apartments, high profits though. South Dallas and West Dallas area's you can readily find what you're looking for (pennies on a dollar),just be conscious of your surroundings.
I have one Duplex for sale (off market) low rehab, high profits margins after ARV, but also high priced because of the value in the area. Happy hunting.
