Denver Area Beginners, possible local meetup.
Good morning,
I just moved from New York to Denver. I am looking to start investing BRRRR in this area. I have no prior education in this subject. I have been doing my own research for two years now. I have read the most popular books on subjects like this but am always open to new suggestions. I found this app and podcast through a friend and was shocked at how many other individuals think bout pursuing this.
I do not know much about the market here but am taking steps to try and do so. Is anyone in the same boat, or been there before? HMU
