Hello everyone,

I am new to the BP community, originally from Brazil, but currently live in Miami with my wife and our cocker spaniel Joana. I have been following the BP podcasts for a while and I'm devouring all of BP books and getting ready to start investing. I'm looking for different ways to get involved in local real estate investor groups in Florida and start to build my Rockstar team. Please feel free to contact me, send suggestions for meeting groups, contractors, property managers, agents, lenders... I have plans to start the real estate journey in early 2021 using the BRRRR method in SFR and House Hacking.
