First property offer ACCEPTED

After all the research, books, and podcasts, today I had my first offer accepted for a property! It needs a little work but I think I got a great deal, and plan on making it a BRRRR property and holding it for years to come! Good location, and good price. I'm excited! Any tips? Thanks everyone
