Developing rockstar partnerships

Josh Slagle
Posted

Calling all rockstar wholesalers, realtors, property managers and general contractors.

I am a new investor looking for some insight on partnerships. As David Green in BRRRR stated, in order to develop relationships with rockstars, you've got to bring something to the table.

So my question to you all is this. What do you as deal finders and quality rehabers expect to get out of a relationship with investors who want your deals, experience and skills? What do you see investors bring to the table to make it worth your time and effort finding the best deals and providing the highest quality, money saving rehabs?
