Anyone in AZ doing out of state brrrr’s? I could really use some advice on where to begin. It would be awesome to meet up and bounce some ideas off you. I’ll buy the coffee!

I am looking to invest in a VRBO in the area of Mission Beach in San Diego. Anyone able to tell me what the average utility costs are in that area?

Calling all rockstar wholesalers, realtors, property managers and general contractors.

I am a new investor looking for some insight on partnerships. As David Green in BRRRR stated, in order to develop relationships with rockstars, you've got to bring something to the table.

So my question to you all is this. What do you as deal finders and quality rehabers expect to get out of a relationship with investors who want your deals, experience and skills? What do you see investors bring to the table to make it worth your time and effort finding the best deals and providing the highest quality, money saving rehabs?
