Anyone know a good Lead Generation Service?
Hi, as a new agent in Los Angeles I have been investigating several different Lead Generation Services. I have read some really bad reviews along the way and wanted to reach out to people on this forum to see if any agents have a good one I can look into? A friend of mine recommended Market Leader. She says she has had a great experience with them. Wondering if anyone else can comment on them as well? They have a hefty fee of around $700/month. So, just want to do my homework and learn what I can instead of jumping in blind. Many thanks!

If it was as easy as putting a $ into a software everyone would be doing it. If you’re a traditional agent I recommend looking on YouTube for Redex circle farming and look up Quintavius Burdette interviewing Rudy (blanking on last name). It involves lots of cold calling and being comfortable with the uncomfortable.
