My plans for getting into REI
Hi guys and ladies. I am open for all suggestions with this. I am in the middle of writing a plan to get into REI. As of right now, my credit score is 550 and do not have a lot of cash to put down on my first property. But I am eager to learn. My plan is to get my first property to flip around end of the 07 year or January of 2008. Right now, I am reading a lot of articles and talking to people. What I am hearing is that bird dogging is a great way to earn while I learn. As far as my credit is concerned, does anyone have any suggestions on how to repair and get a better FICO score? I have heard that getting a secure credit card is a big help for that As far as bird dogging goes, does anyone know how I can get started in this avenue of real estate?
