Hey everybody! Being in Clearwater I see mobile home parks everywhere and was wondering is anybody flips mobile homes and has success with it.  Maybe turning them into rentals? Seems like a cheap way to start out and steady rental market with prices for sfh going up so fast.

Hey Ryan! If you haven’t already listen to ep: 361 of the bigger pockets podcast. The guest talks about how he does this in Maine. Apparently the market for mobile homes in that area, or at least at the time is super cheap, under $10,000 for a full purchase and rehab. I briefly looked at mobile home opportunities in my Fort Lauderdale area, most to go for upwards of $75,000-$100,000. Not to mention of course the land lease cost these associations charge is very high as well. The guest in this episode basically buys, rehabs, and does rent to own for buyers/homeowners for his area. I’m wondering if that will work for your area? Would love to network and connect if we get the chance!
