I have a couple properties under contract in Port Richey and one in the Pensacola area in Florida that I’m looking to get assigned. Anybody buying in these areas?

Hey everybody! Being in Clearwater I see mobile home parks everywhere and was wondering is anybody flips mobile homes and has success with it.  Maybe turning them into rentals? Seems like a cheap way to start out and steady rental market with prices for sfh going up so fast.

Hey everybody! I'm just starting out and I've always been the on the quieter side and have avoided going out of my lane, but I'm ready for a change! I started out by relocating from New Jersey to Florida recently because I was too comfortable in my routine with no opportunity for advancement. So now I'm down here and I'm ready to start learning anything I can from anybody I can connect with. I’m done being stuck and I'm ready to be of service and create a better life for myself and those around me. I started this week with a business coach to get me moving with wholesaling as a place to start and my goal is to have around 20 rentals. Hey everybody! I’m Ryan and I’m new to Clearwater Florida and in the process of buying a house down here with my girlfriend. I’m having something happen to me that I’ve never really had before and was hoping someone can help me get past it. I’m trying to start finding properties for myself instead of having to go through a wholesaler. Now I usually have no problem talking to people about real estate because I absolutely love it! Yet I’ve gotten myself so nervous to start calling people and knocking on doors that I can feel my heart ready to jump out of my chest. Has anyone else had to get over this? How did you do it?
