Can I get a deal through direct mail?

I’m an early investor in the self storage space. I wanted to ask if anyone has had success sending direct mail to mom and pop owners that has lead them to a deal?

@Brian Green Indeed. Regardless of the real estate niche you just need to be consistent and be able to talk the talk if you get them on the phone.
