Hi, I came across your post and was curious if you found a software or process that has worked for you?

Hi Bigger Pockets,
My wife and I manage some university apartments and a triplex. We just took over the management for these family-owned properties and in the past, all of the lease agreements were physically signed. We would like to digitize this process and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for software? Obviously, there is Docusign but I'm guessing it's expensive for small business?
What do you use?
Thanks!!

Thanks Zach! Before Covid I traveled to rogers often! When everything settles we should meet up and talk real estate!

Hi Bigger Pockets,
I’m an early investor in the self storage space. I wanted to ask if anyone has had success sending direct mail to mom and pop owners that has lead them to a deal?
Thanks!!

Hey Bigger Pockets,
My father in laws mom owned three multi-family apartments. My wife and I approached my father in law and informed him that we would like to be involved with the property if he ended up taking full ownership.
Long story short he did, my wife and I are involved however we have three little kids and I have a full time job. Should I hire a property manager and pay this person like $500 a month to manage? They are college apartments and one triplex. Not looking for someone expensive but someone to just deal with maintenance + keep people renting.
Thanks in advance

Jeremiah, How often do you have virtual meet ups? I’m in Logan and interested in learning more about multi family investing. Do you cover this topic on your calls?
