Any Tips or suggestions greatly appreciated !!
Hello everyone, well I been on this site for quite some time now and I still can't seem to get it together but refuse to quit. I live in Staten Island Ny and its hard to find a local mentor or partner whose willing to take on a rookie. I know as much as I read in books but books only take you so far. I am seriously looking for tips on which approach I should take to flip a house if anyone is willing to give me some tips advice or even a local investor in ny or jersey willing to partner with me please reach out I need help , and I'm not afraid to ask everyone I do ask that I see is doing well don't really want to bother with the headache I guess and fill me in on tips and advice anything is appreciated please comment or send me a personal message !!
