Looking to build a team in Milwaukee, WI
Hi BP!
My husband and I are getting into the Milwaukee market and are in the works of building our team there. We want to connect with other investors in that market (preferably out of state investors), real estate agents, property managers, lenders, and attorneys who are familiar with partnerships. We want to find people to work with and also just network with to gain more information and make connections!

I highly recommend checking out the Brew City Facebook Group. They are an endless pool of Milwaukee resources. For Property managers, it's going to greatly depend on your property type and location as different companies specialize in different areas. I'd recommend looking into CityWide Rentals, Nimius Property Management, and Performance Asset Management.
