GC referrals in DFW
HI BP community. I'm looking for referrals of contractors that others have used in the DFW area. I currently have one fix and flip and one rental property that I will be managing and hopefully putting both on the market in the next 12 weeks. Both homes are located in Dallas close to downtown.

Go show up at lowes/home depot at 6am with some coffee and doughnuts, thats how you make friends.
You will see who is serious about getting up early and getting after it.
