Starting Business in Michigan?
My son and I are wanting to start a business in Michigan, we don't know where to get a LLC or LLP. If we were to get an LLC I didn't see a spot where to put two business partners names in the Articles of Organization. If we are missing something please let us know, thanks in advance.
