What are your thoughts on CRMs for REI? Is it worth the time/cost? If you have experience with CRM, what is the best one?

All input welcome!

Hi @Kp W.  I'm new to using a CRM, but I would say yes.  I'm using Media Shield, but have heard good things about LionDesk. I use it mainly for work as a broker, but want to carry into my investing as well.  My take is, invest the time upfront, to save all that time later.
