Hi Nick, Can you send a message with the address? I'm in Chattanooga, and I'm looking for small multifamily properties.

Congrats Justin! I'm in Chattanooga area, and love it. You have a great edge with a contracting background. I'd look for dscr bridge loan for rehab. Talk to brokers in the real estate space and most can help. I've worked with Kiavi, Longhorn Investments, and Rehab Financial to name a few. If you have any more questions just message me! Good luck and congrats again!

I'm here in Chattanooga and would definitely recommend setting up a partnership LLC. It's never the intent for things to go sideways but at least if you set up your LLC's operating agreement to document what each of you are bringing to the table, it keeps things clear.

Hi Joseph! Congratulations. What part of Chattanooga is this? We are in the area and may be able to make a connection.

Hi Ethan! Congratulations and welcome to the area! While I'm not an agent, everyone knows Keller Williams is a huge brokerage in this area. I've also seen some agents who are always boasting about the fast payments and systems with the Real brokerage. Hope you find somewhere with an amazing fit!

I second Brian! Start with zoning! If the zoning won't allow it, then it would be a waste of money to continue with the renovation. Best of luck!

Thanks Nicole! I see you're a Mid-term rental investor. I'm looking at doing my 1st mid term rental, do you have any advice for getting it leased? We are finishing the rehab now, so it's not ready yet, but we really hope to get into that niche soon!
