I am new to real estate and am looking to find a small multifamily unit in the Columbus, Ohio area and house hack. I was wondering if anyone has any advice in house hacking and is familiar with the Columbus multifamily market. Thank you!

I started house hacking in Columbus, Ohio 3 years ago. I highly recommend doing this. You can get into a property with little down and at a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.

This gave me the base needed to scale my portfolio to what it is today.
