I looking to interview a few property managers in St. Louis, MO.  I am looking to buy my first rental property this year so I would like to this piece of my team together.  I am looking into section 8 housing for rentals so someone with experience in that is great!  Does anyone have any suggestions of companies they have used or are using?

Hi @Tim Kappel, I have interviewed a few and discussed property managers and referrals with STL investors relatively extensively. I really like who I am with now. Their fees are standard and the service is above others I have heard about. Happy to hop on DM and provide more context if you want.
