Along the coast from say Newport up through Lincoln City. 

Does anyone have a real estate agent they could recommend for the Oregon coast? One that knows the laws for STR as some cities are changing laws for STRs.

What are the typical interest rates for investors today?  I was talking with an mortgage lender who was suggested to me but the rate I am being provide is 5.25% with 20% down.  That just seems high to me but wanted to check with others.  My credit score is between 790 - 800 as well.

I looking to interview a few property managers in St. Louis, MO.  I am looking to buy my first rental property this year so I would like to this piece of my team together.  I am looking into section 8 housing for rentals so someone with experience in that is great!  Does anyone have any suggestions of companies they have used or are using?

I plan on buying at least 1 property this year so I would like to find someone who would be willing to take on a new client for taxes. I am currently doing my taxes on my own but I would like to develop a relationship with someone who would want to take on my taxes for 2020, 2021, and years to come. They obviously do not have to live in St. Louis, MO but I would like someone who is a REI themselves. While I plan on learning the tax code as I get more into real estate, this is something I am gladly going to pay for help on. Thank you
