Hello, I'm a newbie in real state hoping to learn and be able to buy a rental property out of state. Any good recommendations on how to find good PM companies in Ohio? Any suggestions on good affordable areas to invest in Ohio? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

 I have a list of 25 property managers here in Columbus, Ohio. I would be more than happy to share them with you.

Once you go into contract on something, I would recommend interviewing 3 of them.
