My name is Noah Spiegel and I am an ambitious 17 year old looking to get started with my investing career in real estate within the next couple of months. I am seeking insight and knowledge with starting out and any helpful tips with getting into real estate at such a young age.

I am currently working and saving up some money to either put as a down payment on a rental property or even house hack when I head off to college. I will be attending the University of Arizona in the fall and am open to looking at properties in Tucson. My father is also an investor currently managing a portfolio diversified in Austin, TX and in Cleveland, OH. With his help and knowledge we are hoping to make my first purchase sometime by the end of 2021.

Please let me know what I should look out for and strategies I should look in too. I appreciate the time and am excited to connect with you.

Welcome Noah! Congrats on getting an early start -- it sounds like you're on track to already be an experienced investor by the time you graduate!
