Travis County Texas Eviction Moratorium

Hello All!

We are unfortunately needing to evict a tenant for nonpayment of rent in Travis County, Texas. The tenant has not lost income or work due to Covid-19 and is not eligible for CDC aid. Our research indicated that we only needed a three day notice to vacate but we are seeing 30 days now. Does anyone in Texas or specifically the Travis County area know if we are able to proceed with the eviction process? We are considering getting an attorney, but not sure where to start with that either.

Thank you for your assistance in advance!
