Top Lenders: First House Hack

What is the best lender to use for my first house hack? There are so many options online that it's overwhelming. 

Looking to get a FHA loan for my first duplex or triplex. Live in Washington State and have a good credit score.

Sounds like you are looking to get a very common loan.  You should be able to go to any major lender and get very similar terms at all of them.   But ask for references amongst family and friends as far as helping you find someone that will give you better customer service
