I am a 25 year old travel nurse looking to get into STR (in luxury apartments) and place them on the Airbnb market place. I'm at the beginning of my venture doing my research and would love any tips on how to connect with luxury apartment owners, how to pitch to luxury apartment owners and which apartments are airbnb friendly in the Columbus, Ohio area—along with any tips or do's/don't s when starting an airbnb!
