In need of a Realtor

Account Closed
Posted

I am looking for a realtor in the Birmingham area who is experienced with flipping properties using a hard money lender. I live in Colorado so I would need someone to be my boots on the ground with resources such as contractors, property management, local hard money lenders (preferably but not necessarily), etc.

@Samuel Filter

Have you looked into a nationwide asset management company. You will pay more in renovation costs but you know it will get done

We use a company called lres as we invest in notes and if we get a property back they act as our disposition team
