Pre-foreclosure listing and sales
Does anyone have any experience soliciting pre-foreclosure properties? I have investors that are willing to pay off back judgements/liens and in return take over the property + put money in the pocket of the distressed home owner. I am looking for effective mailing/wordage that I can use. I am also interested in listings these properties as short sales as long as they are not extremely under water. thoughts?
