Evening all,

I'm looking for an agent in Sacramento, CA that is very knowledgeable in regards to fourplexes. I'm looking to sell mine in the near future I do not know anyone who has a lot of experience in selling them.

Looking for someone who is familiar with 1031 exchange also as I will most likely need to do an exchange.
