Should listing agent match redfin
several weeks back, I used Redfin to get a over asking offer on a property where inspection contingency was waived. Another agent contacted me regarding listing another property where inspection contingency asked them to match Redfin terms that includes 1.5% commission, virtual walkthrough and other items done by Redfin. They walked away leaving the impression that they aren't competitive .
Can an agent be expected to clearly articulate why they deserve a higher commission in a transparent way when Redfin delivers?
